QUERATOACANTOMA EN PACIENTE SEROPOSITIVO AL VIH: PRESENTACION DE UN CASO

Abstract


Introducción: El Queratoacantoma es un tumor crateriforme, con aspecto clínico de neoplasia maligna, que inicialmente presenta un aspecto de pápula o nódulo eritematoso, con centro duro, hiperqueratósico, en forma de tapón cóneo. Presentación de caso: Se presenta el caso  de Queratoacantoma en un paciente recientemente diagnosticado seropositivo al VIH.  Conclusiones: El paciente evolucionó favorablemente hasta la regresión completa de la lesión. Aunque los Queratoacantomas tienden a involucionar en forma espontánea, por razones cosméticas y prácticas es recomendable tratarlos.
